The one thing that will never change about Roman Reigns — and where it should lead WWE

One thing hasn’t and will never change about Roman Reigns. It’s always about family and lifting them up

The night after beating CM Punk in an epic main event to close out WrestleMania 42, Reigns had gold back around his waist, family by his side, and in his way.

The Tribal Chief reformed the OG Bloodline, telling Jey and Jimmy Uso that he did not want them to serve him, but to stand beside him as his blood. The era of Reigns being a heartless, manipulative leader appears to be over, but again, for his first title feud in two years, he turned to his family in cousin Jacob Fatu.

The Samoan Werewolf certainly deserves a World Heavyweight championship opportunity at Backlash after defeating Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 42 in an unsanctioned match. Fatu hasn’t gotten too many chances to play in Reigns’ stratosphere, outside of three multi-man matches in late 2024 when he was aligned with Solo Sikoa. This is different now with Reigns being a world champion. He even made sure to warn Fatu in his promo, saying how the air at the top is thinner and be careful what you wish for by trying to come up and get me.
