He does not call ‘Brij’ on the stage, who was his close friend. ‘Brij’ is seen being visibly upset, chooses not to watch the film, and the scene shows him smoking quietly in the theatre, gulping down the pain and the uncalled humiliation and betrayal by ‘Maqsood’.
