Hyderabad: The Saifabad police booked a case against the police constable Nikhil Yadav for making a reel claiming that the security of Telangana Chief Minister was in his hands. A hunt is on to nab the constable.
Yadav hailing from Gadwal drew sharp criticism for making a reel claiming that in the police uniform. The video went viral on various social media platforms. The police suspect that the constable would have arrived at the Secretariat with a visitor’s pass.
In a video made near the Telangana Secretariat, he went to the extent of suggesting people that they could contact him to arrange a meeting with the Chief Minister.
Responding to the reel, a netizen urged the police department to dismiss the constable from service. One more netizen said the constable needed a psychiatrist’s help.
This was not the first time that the constable was involved in controversies. He earlier made a reel saying that he could provide IPL matches tickets.
