Recently, the actor Rahul Roy has become the talk of social media through his viral reels, which he makes in collaboration with a content creator named Dr Vanita Ghadage Desai. Their reels were trending on social media. In one of those reels, the actor was seen dancing to the song Tere Dar Pe Sanam, from the 1993 film Phir Teri Kahaani Yaad Aayi, which featured Rahul Roy opposite Pooja Bhatt. These reels sparked conversations on social media. While some of the users felt concerned for the actor, others started trolling him, calling his content cringe.
In response to these reactions, Rahul Roy took to his Instagram on Wednesday, sharing a note that seemed to express his views on this matter. The actor said, “I do my work with honesty and modesty. I have some legal matters to pay for, and these are not from today; they are from before the brain stroke happened.” The actor also revealed that he is dealing with certain legal matters that require significant expenses.
He further continued, “If you mock my simplicity or make fun of my struggles, it says less about me and more about you. If you are truly so concerned, then help me find some genuine and decent work so I can pay for these cases. At least I am earning through hard work, not by mocking others.”
Additionally, he highlighted, “And after the brain stroke, it is important for me to stay active. I want to work for as long as I am alive. It keeps my mind active and gives me the sense of purpose and responsibility that I am still working today. Yes, it may hurt a little sometimes, but you cannot break me,” The actor wrote while concluding the note.
