Founded in 2022 by Koushik Koganti and Theji Pinnamaneni, UTK has expanded from its 8,000-square-foot flagship outlet in Vijayawada to a multi-city brand with branches in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. The restaurant, guided by its philosophy “Mana Bhasha, Mana Bhojanam,” has earned recognition for celebrating Telugu culture while providing a unique dining experience.

Speaking at the event, Koushik Koganti said, “Our greatest achievement is not the cities we have reached but the community we have built. This lunch is our way of thanking those who make Vijayawada run every day.” Co-founder Theji Pinnamaneni added, “Food at UTK has always been about belonging. Every initiative reflects warmth and shared identity.”

UTK’s anniversary celebrations will continue through the year with cultural showcases, community events, and exclusive culinary experiences across Vijayawada, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru, with further expansion planned in the months ahead.
