The mystery surrounding Katie Price’s missing husband, Lee Andrews, continues after the businessman seemingly unfollowed his wife on her return to Instagram
The confusing situation between Lee Andrews and Katie Price has taken another turn. The businessman, who is allegedly in a Dubai prison, was said to be set for release today (Monday) but is yet to reveal his whereabouts.
But he has made a big change to his social media account – he has unfollowed his former glamour model wife. Katie, who recently said she had spoke to her man briefly after locating him two weeks into a missing persons search, is no longer Lee’s sole follow on Instagram.
It’s not yet clear if she will fly out to Dubai to see him but the star was seen with her children Junior and Princess, from her marriage with Peter Andre, and Harvey, from her relationship with Dwight Yorke, after returning to Instagram today.
Speaking on her podcast with sister Sophie, Katie said last week: “When he gets out, we get the real story of everything that’s happened! All of it, because I think everything needs an explanation of everything that’s gone round!”
She claimed she would travel back to Dubai to sit down with her man and clear everything up. But she insisted the businessman hadn’t been having a good time of it.
Lee vanished for more than a fortnight as Katie initially claimed he had been “kidnapped,” before he eventually resurfaced. Last week, the glamour model told fans that he had been in touch from prison in Dubai, where it was alleged that he been arrested and detained on suspicion of espionage.
There had been speculation that Katie was involved in a publicity stunt surrounding Lee’s vanishing act earlier this month. However, the mum-of-five vehemently denied these claims.
Instead, she expressed her worry that Lee had become a victim of kidnap. At the time, she said: “I’m really upset and distressed that people think I’m in on it. Are you joking? Come on, give me some credit why would I do that?”
While Katie no longer appears to be followed by Lee, he does still list her as his wife in the bio. The confusion comes after her own account disappeared for a number of days.
But she is back now after the disappearance. When fans tried to open her page last week, they were met with a message that said: “Sorry, this page isn’t available. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.”
It was reported that the account was deleted by Meta execs as they investigated her posts following complaints she “flashed a boob” regarding her promotion of CBD products. While it was claimed it may not be recovered, she has since managed to post.
Katie praised her weekend with her kids on a return Story. And now it seems as though she is taking to the skies again.
