Loose Women star Coleen Nolan appears to have found love again with a man named Ryan. The 61-year-old insisted she was single just last month while reflecting on her experience on Celebs Go Dating. Although she described her time on the show as “the best three months,” Coleen left as a single woman, saying she had learned a lot about herself.
However, it now appears Coleen may be dating again, according to her children, Shane Nolan and Ciara Fensome.
In the latest episode of their podcast, Nolans Uncensored, Shane made several references to a man named Ryan.
At one point, he joked that his mum had to “rush back” to sort out an infection caused by the mystery man.
Laughing off the comment, Coleen hilariously branded her son “vile”. Later in the episode, the trio began discussing STIs, prompting Shane to tease his mother once again.
When Coleen declared she had never had one, Shane quipped: “Have you been checked recently?”, to which she grinned before swiftly moving the conversation on.
Elsewhere in the episode, the presenter and her children shared some home truths. For the ITV star, she opened up about wanting to move house again, the reality of managing a farm on her own, and the guilt she feels over whether her children stay close by or move away.
“I’m just getting to that point now where I think, okay I need to start thinking ahead a bit of what I’m going to do, do I want to move?,” she said.
In response, Ciara chimed in: “Well, it’s not going to be anytime soon,” to which Coleen confirmed it wouldn’t be.
“Not right now no because I absolutely love this place,” she added.
Shane urged his mum to stop worrying and instead “live everyday like it’s your last,” before once again bringing up her mystery man.
“Get yourself upstairs, call Ryan,” he added. Coleen later mentioned the man’s name herself after her children broke into Stevie Wonder’s For Once in My Life, joking to listeners: “I’m going to sing that to Ryan.”
During her stint on Celebs Go Dating, the mother-of-three revealed that her love life has been “non-existent” since splitting from her last known partner, Michael Jones, in 2023.
She has tied the knot twice – first to Shane Richie from 1990 to 1999, and later to Ray Fensome, whom she was married to for 11 years between 2007 and 2018.
While promoting the show, she additionally expressed sadness over being single at Christmas.
Discussing family life, she said: “They’re all very settled, and they’ve all got kids, and, you know, I see them every day, really.”
“But then they all go home, you know, and I think I said at the dinner party, this was my first Christmas putting decorations up on my own, to the point where I hated it.
“I didn’t even feel Christmassy. And then it hit me where I thought, I don’t know if I’m ready to just… be on my own.”
