EXCLUSIVE: Katie Price is wasting no time looking for love again as insiders share she’s operating a strictly ‘toyboys only policy’ much to her daughter, Princess Andre’s dismay

Katie Price has been single for two weeks, but for her, that’s two weeks too long as pals share she’s already on the lookout for her next boyfriend, and she wants a much younger man. The former glamour model, 48 – who confirmed her split with fourth husband Lee Andrews, 43, earlier this month – is operating a strict ‘toyboys only policy’ for her next match.
A source tells the Mirror: “Kate hates being single, it’s just the way she’s wired. She’s been burned by the situation with Lee but instead of staying on her own for a bit, she’s on the prowl. “She doesn’t want someone older again, she jokes that wrinkles are the absolute turn off.”
However, our insiders shares how Katie’s daughter Princess Andre is concerned about her dating again so soon after her marriage ended. In February Princess, 19, called her mum ‘crazy’ following her whirlwind romance with Lee, but said: “If she’s happy, I’m happy.”
The source says: “All Princess wants is for her mum to be happy, but given that Kate is actively looking for a relationship, she felt the right thing was to say something. “Out of love for her mum, she felt forced to intervene and warn her not to rush into anything too soon. She also tried to encourage her mum to think about the person not just their age, but how compatible they might be and what type of person they are.”
In June Katie’s stepdad, Paul Price, spoke about her need to be in a relationship in a documentary for Sky. He said: “She can never be on her own. She’s always got to have a man.”
Before falling for Lee – who is currently in prison in Dubai for the second time this year – Katie was in a relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater, 33, for two years.
She’s no stranger to dating a younger man and previously had a three year on/off relationship with Carl Woods, 37 and dated Kris Boyson, 37, and Charles Drury, 29 – who went on to date Lauren Goodger.
Katie has describer her relationship with first husband, Mysterious Girl singer Peter Andre, who is 16 years her senior, as “the best time of her life”.
The source adds: “There’s always someone Kate is DM-ing or sending flirty messages to, but she’s upped the ante and is on the hunt. “She’s a single woman now and think she deserves some happiness and fun, although she knows herself she falls in love fast.“She’s in contact with a few reality stars she’s had flings with before and footballers – that’s her ultimate goal – to date someone famous and younger.”
