Salman Khan made a candid revelation about his past fallout with Shah Rukh Khan during the premiere episode of Koffee With Karan Season 9. The actor, who appeared as the first guest on the popular chat show, brought up his old differences with Shah Rukh while discussing why host Karan Johar still feels nervous around him.
The ninth season of Koffee With Karan premiered on October 14. During their conversation, Karan admitted that Salman continues to make him anxious despite knowing him for several years.
“No one gets me more stressed, nervous, and hyper than you. I don’t know why, it hasn’t changed,” Karan confessed.
Salman then reassured KJo that things had been fine between everyone for a long time. “Right now you should not be stressed because everything is all good. It’s been good for the longest time,” he said.
However, the actor also acknowledged that there was a period when his equation with Shah Rukh was strained. “At one point of time, it was not good. So, I could have understood that you were scared of me because of not you, because of Shah Rukh,” Salman added.

Karan laughed off the suggestion and denied being nervous for that reason. However, Salman’s comment once again brought attention to his widely reported feud with Shah Rukh Khan.
For those unaware, Salman and Shah Rukh reportedly had a major disagreement at Katrina Kaif’s birthday celebration in Mumbai in July 2008. Their argument reportedly began over remarks concerning their respective television shows, Dus Ka Dum and Kya Aap Paanchvi Paas Se Tez Hain?
Reports also suggested that the situation escalated following a comment involving Salman’s former girlfriend, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Karan Johar, who was reportedly among the guests at the party, is said to have left the venue alongside Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan following the incident.
