In an Instagram reel shared by celebrity skin specialist Nilam Holmes, Barry Keoghan is seen lying on a treatment bed in a clinic, wearing a white headband as the medical professional moves a handheld device across his cheeks, around his nose, and along his jawline. In the video, the former boyfriend of Sabrina Carpenter stated that he had heard about the cosmetic treatment and knew what he was getting into.
Barry Keoghan praised Nilam Holmes, saying she was “brilliant” at her job and that he had previously had skin treatment sessions with her. The actor shared that the medical professional took care of his skin and it was a “relaxing and therapeutic” experience for him. Barry added that he looked and felt better about himself after undergoing non-surgical XERF treatments. In his words:
“I’ve been hearing a lot about [XERF], and Nilam is very excited about it. And she’s brilliant at what she does. I really mean that. Every time I come in, it’s very relaxing and therapeutic.
