Thankfully, she told him to leave. “I went over and whispered; I was like, ‘Go home,'” Lawrence said. “He was nice. He, like, talked to my parents and was polite—but I was like, ‘Go.’ That genuinely made me feel better.”

When host Alex Cooper asked the actress if she had overlooked any red flags in a relationship, she said that the guy she was obsessed with was gay. “A guy that I was obsessed with was gay, and he told me he was gay. And I was like, ‘No, you’re not.’ You’re gay right now. Just give me a chance.”
