Actor Frazer Hammill Had Left A Suicide Note With Neighbour, Sister Didn’t Know On His Mental Health

A set of fresh details has been revealed related to the demise of Justice League star, Frazer Hammill. The Justice League actor was best known for his appearances in Emmerdale and Happy Valley. Well, Frazer died by suicide immediately after he was questioned by the police. Well, a legal investigation into Frazer’s demise had confirmed that it was on December 30, 2025, that he died by suicide after being released on bail.

Justice League star, Frazer Hammill, had died by suicide, a fresh investigation 

A report by Mirror Online revealed that Frazer Hammill, who was best known for being a TV actor, took his life after he was questioned by the cops related to a sexual assault case. It was at his house in Doncaster back on December 30, 2025, when he hung himself after leaving a note on his neighbour’s door along with a key to his property. Frazer had written in the note not to enter the house and to tell the cops that he had ended his own life. For the unversed, hours earlier, Frazer was arrested by the Lancashire Police in England, UK, and the area coroner, Louise Slater, ruled out a medical cause for the star’s demise. According to the statement released to the press, Louise had shared:

“Frazer Hammill passed away at his home on December 30. He was a single man, an actor, and very close to his family members. I am satisfied that this was a deliberate act and Frazer had put thought, planning and intention into his actions.”

Frazer Hammill’s sister, Caroline, revealed that she was not aware of his mental health

Louise Slater had revealed that ‘hanging’ was the reason behind Fraser’s demise. Frazer’s sister, Caroline, according to a report by GB News.com, had also shared a statement stating that the family has been in ‘complete shock’. She had revealed that no one in the family was aware that he was undergoing mental health issues. Caroline also told the court that she was not at all aware that her brother was feeling ‘low enough to end his life’. Caroline further revealed that the actor seemed happy and felt content in his life. Caroline also mentioned that Frazer was deeply loved by his family, nieces, and nephews. The revelation that Hammill was actually struggling came as a full surprise. He had not indicated his state of mind to his relatives.

Frazer Hammill was found in an unresponsive state

An earlier report by the Metro revealed that Frazer had passed away on December 30, 2025, after he was found unresponsive at his London house. A statement from the report that revealed that custody officers who had spoken to Doncaster Coroner Court had called Frazer someone who was in good spirits. There were no concerns related to his safety or mental well-being. Earlier, tributes had flown for the actor after news of his demise surfaced on social media.

Frazer Hammill had stopped picking up calls

When news of Fraser’s demise surfaced on social media, a netizen revealed they had checked on the actor just before Christmas. This is because the netizen had not heard back from him despite dialling many times. The netizen was upset to learn about the news related to the star who had the kindest heart. According to reports on social media, the comment had read:

“I am so saddened by the news. only spoke to Frazer just before Christmas! Checked in on him NYE, hadn’t heard back from him, numerous texts and calls, to then find the news this lovely, beautiful soul has passed away. RIP a beautiful soul who will never be forgotten.”
