I’m A Celebrity South Arica winner Adam Thomas has confessed he wishes ITV would show his full outburst that campmate Jimmy Bullard branded ‘intimidating’
Adam Thomas has had his say on his I’m A Celebrity outburst – and said he wants ITV to show it in full. The Waterloo Road star fell out with fellow contestant Jimmy Bullard after the former sports star decided to quit the show and take the actor with him.
Jimmy’s call led to an angry Adam fuming at his campmate. But due to the expletive content of his rant, the full footage wasn’t shown to the public. It’s been a bone of contention for the former Fulham footballer, who labelled Adam’s actions as “intimidating”.
It all came to a head in the live final when Jimmy called out Adam’s behaviour and asked all the campmates for their opinion on what happened. While both Sinitta and Craig Charles admitted they found it intimidating, Ant McPartlin refused to agree.

He claimed ITV had shown a fair representation of what went down in the South African jungle – something Adam agrees with. But he confessed he wishes bosses could just show the whole scenario to put the debate to bed.
Speaking to brothers Ryan and Scott Thomas on their The Thomas Bro’s podcast, Adam said: “I’m telling you the truth. This is exactly what happened and how it happened.
“Granted they never showed the full clip of what happened between me and Jimmy because I was f***ing saying the c word a lot and the f bomb. That’s the only thing that I’ll hold my hands up and say that happened, like, I I wish they did show it.”
Adam was clearly emotional as he opened up to his siblings. And he also claimed David Haye told him he was trying to break him because of how nice he is. “Now if that isn’t classed as bullying, I don’t know what is,” he said.
Adam also revealed the extent of the situation in camp, which wasn’t all aired. Speaking of how he was struggling, the star said he had vented to producers in the Bush Telegraph.
Shortly after, David was pulled in. Adam said: “He got pulled to the Bush Telegraph and he came out and he sat me down and he went ‘they’re worried about your mental health. They’ve told me to stop now. Have you been crying in there about me?'”
Adam said he was fuming at this, believing producers had known he was struggling. As he confronted bosses, they claimed they hadn’t discussed any of his feelings with campmates.
Adam went on: “When I came out, I asked David and he was like yeah I just made it all up. I was like ‘wow, you really f***ing manipulated me’. Like, he got in my head.
“And that’s the thing as well. Not everyone sees that… it’s a gift what he has. What he did to me to make me feel… this energy.”
As his voice trembled, he added: “This gift. This light that I have. For him to take that away from me. It’s a gift man.”
