Amanda Batula And Ciara Miller’s ‘Summer House’ Reunion Audio Leaker Caught, Did Bravo Fire Them?

The Bravo reality series, Summer House, has recently been in the spotlight after an audio from the show’s season 10 reunion was leaked. For those unaware, in the leaked audio, Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula can be heard getting into a heated confrontation. As you might have already guessed, it was about Amanda’s relationship with Ciara’s ex-boyfriend, West Wilson. Following the leak, the Summer House team released an official statement, especially given that the audio went viral, saying they would launch a full investigation to identify the culprit(s). Well, it seems that Bravo has successfully wrapped up the investigation, and the person behind it has been fired. 

Bravo has reportedly fired the person behind the Summer House Season 10 reunion audio leak

Fans of Summer House have been eagerly awaiting the results of Bravo’s investigation into the audio recording leaked from the season 10 reunion. Well, according to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, the investigation has already wrapped up in a short time, and it has been concluded that someone involved in the production was behind the release of the unauthorised recording. A Bravo spokesperson told the outlet:

“An investigation into the recent leak of the Summer House reunion audio has concluded that the audio was an unauthorised recording and distributed by an individual involved in the production of the reunion. As a result of the findings, appropriate action has been taken.”

A question that had been lingering in our minds following the audio leak was whether any member of the Summer House cast was involved in its recording. Well, the Bravo spokesperson has clarified that there is no evidence pointing to any cast member being involved in recording the audio. The spokesperson further stated:

“We take these matters seriously and will continue to take appropriate measures to respond to the unauthorised distribution of our content. We are aware that there is additional improperly obtained audio circulating, and we caution all parties and platforms to refrain from posting, sharing, or amplifying any unauthorised audio.”

The fact that Bravo has taken this matter super seriously is evidenced not only by their statement but also by how quickly they found out the person behind the audio leak. It is worth noting that while the Bravo spokesperson did not specifically mention what happened to the person behind the leak, a source close to the investigation told TMZ that they were immediately fired. 

Kyle Cooke thoroughly criticised the Summer House Season 10 reunion audio leak 

Not long after Ciara Miller and Amanda Batula’s leaked audio from the show’s reunion went viral, Kyle Cooke, the latter’s ex-husband, opened up about the incident. He criticised it thoroughly, saying that publicising a conversation that was meant to be private without their consent was “frustrating and annoying.” Taking to his social media, Kyle called the leak “unfortunate” and dismissed speculations of a cast member having a hand in leaking the audio. He revealed that during filming, their phones were confiscated and “tucked away behind a pillow.” Wondering about the culprit’s motive, Kyle stated: 

“This was not a phone on set. If you have a phone on set, it’s stuck behind a pillow or couch cushion, so the cameras can’t see it. I don’t really see why anyone would gain [from] having leaked this. That goes for producers, crew [and] Bravo. This is someone clearly acting on their own. It doesn’t even look like that got paid because the audio clip is everywhere.”

According to Kyle Cooke, someone on set must have taken their phone and placed it next to a speaker where they had access to a live feed. He said that the audio itself would sound like it’s coming out of their mics. He said there is no way someone could put their phone on set and capture what they are hearing in a way that would make sense, given the seating chart.
