Bengaluru: Amazon India has announced the 10th edition of its flagship shopping event, Prime Day 2026, which will run from July 4 to July 6, offering 72 hours of deals, new product launches, and entertainment curated exclusively for Prime members across India.
Marking a decade of Prime Day in the country, Amazon is positioning this year’s edition as its biggest yet, with “10th Anniversary Deals” spanning smartphones, laptops, fashion, home and kitchen, beauty, toys, and everyday essentials. The company said customers will also benefit from additional payment-linked savings, including up to 10% discounts on transactions made using select credit cards and EMI options from State Bank of IndiaState Bank of India and Axis BankAxis Bank. Holders of the ICICI BankICICI Bank Amazon Pay credit card will receive unlimited 5% cashback.
As part of the milestone celebration, Amazon is also offering limited-period discounts on Prime memberships for new users, including reduced pricing on annual Prime plans, Prime Lite, and Prime Shopping Edition, aimed at expanding access ahead of the event.
The company said Prime Day 2026 will feature more than 500 new product launches from over 100 Indian and global brands, including OnePlusOnePlus, SamsungSamsung, LegoLego, AdidasAdidas, and Allen Solly, alongside small and medium businesses and women-led startups.
In addition to shopping, Amazon is expanding its AI-powered features on Amazon.in, including conversational discovery tools, visual search, and review summaries designed to simplify product selection and improve shopping decisions.
Entertainment will also be a key focus, with Prime Video announcing an early lineup of Indian and international titles leading into Prime Day. The slate includes new series, returning seasons, anime titles, and post-theatrical premieres of major films, spanning multiple genres and languages.
Amazon said the 10th edition will also introduce “Prime Playback,” an AI-generated personalized recap for select members, highlighting their shopping history, streaming activity, and savings over their Prime journey.
The company emphasized that its logistics network will support fast delivery across India, including same-day and next-day delivery options across millions of products, reinforcing its broader push to combine speed, selection, and convenience during the shopping festival.
Prime Day 2026 is expected to be one of Amazon India’s largest annual retail events, blending commerce, entertainment, and AI-driven personalization as the company marks a decade of the program in the country.
