The former couple, who met on the set of movie My Best Friend’s Girl, share sons Lazlo, 8, and Sid, 12.
American Pie star Jason Biggs and his wife Jenny Mollen have split after 18 years of marriage. The pair, who met on the set of movie My Best Friend’s Girl in 2007, share sons Lazlo, 8, and Sid, 12.
A rep issued a statement confirming that the pair had separated. They are thought to still be on “great terms” to such a degree they are reported to have spent Biggs’ 48th birthday together as a family on Tuesday. A source told People: “They are very much connected. I have no doubt that they will remain on excellent terms.”
TV and movie actress Jenny, 46, and Jason got engaged in January 2008 and married in Los Angeles in April that year. Their first son Sid was born in 2017 with Lazlo arriving in 2017. They left LA for New York the following year.
She last posted about him in May last year when she marked his birthday writing: “We were married and yet I still knew practically nothing about you. Like for example, the fact that you hate surprises. Luckily, we made it past that hurdle. Happy 47th, I promise I planned nothing.”
The pair recently starred together in the 2026 comedy Influenced, alongside Gwyneth Paltrow, Drew Barrymore and Matt Damon, who made cameos as themselves.
Biggs rose to fame as Jim in the hugely successful American Pie movies between 1999 and 2012. The first film was made on a budget of little over £8million and banked £175million.
