No sooner had he posted the photo of skyscrapers than the conversation began. The reason was that the skyscrapers were not the only thing on display. Amid all this, let’s look at the time when Tom’s almost unrecognizable look left everyone shocked.
Tom Welling exposed himself, accidentally, turning it into a major topic of discussion
On October 9, 2026, Tom Welling posted a photo of the scenic backdrop through the glass window of his hotel. Although he intended to show his fans a view of the skyscrapers, the reflection in the window reportedly showed him without clothes. Tom Welling reportedly appeared naked in the reflection, which turned the topic into a social media conversation.
The IG Story was up for about 10 hours before being deleted, and Tom has yet to respond to the matter. He recently attended New York Comic Con, and in footage, he could be seen signing merch for fans at the event, which was in Manhattan. Alongside this video, he wrote, ‘Come, say hi’. Tom is joining his Smallville co-stars Erica Durance, Kristin Kreuk, and Michael Rosenbaum to celebrate 25 years of this TV series.
When Tom Welling shocked everyone with his unrecognizable look
Tom Welling has been one of the teen heartthrobs who grabbed attention with his role as ‘Clark Kent’ in Smallville, which ran for 10 years, tracking his character’s journey from childhood to adulthood. It was in January 2025 when Tom was arrested for driving under the influence. He was arrested in a parking lot at Arby’s in Yreka, California.
It was reported at the time that Tom Welling was driving under the influence, and the alcohol percentage in his body was above 0.08 percent, which is the legal limit for drivers above 21 years old. Following his arrest, a mugshot was released, which left everyone shocked. The actor looked simply different from his younger self. While it’s natural that age is a contributing factor to someone’s appearance, Tom Welling’s unrecognizable look actually left everyone shocked.
Apart from Smallville, Tom was also seen in several other film and television projects, including Cheaper by the Dozen, the 2005 remake of The Fog, Lucifer, Mafia Wars, Draft Day, The Choice, and Parkland, among others. He is also a director and a producer, and he directed seven episodes of Smallville.
Tom has been married twice in his life. In 2002, he married Jamie White, who filed for divorce from him in 2013. In 2015, the couple’s divorce was finalized. It was in 2014 that Tom Welling started dating Jessica Rose Lee. They got engaged in 2018, and a year later, in 2019, they got married. Tom and Jessica have two kids.
