Andy Carroll and Billi Mucklow have finally sold their Essex mansion after cutting the price by £1million.
The pair married in 2022 but their relationship ended in 2024 and as a result, they decided to sell their stunning 18th century mansion in Essex in the November of that year.
However, they have only just been able to sell it, after slashing the price. They had originally listed it for £8.5million before dropping the price to £8million last year. A buyer had been lined up but it fell through and now they’ve finally sold it – but for £7.5million, which was a million less than they had hoped to sell it for.
The property features four reception rooms and five bathrooms but also features a full size football pitch in its grounds as well as a swimming pool, tennis court and a boating lake.

The house was also being sold alongside a two bedroom cottage, four barns and a stable – whilst there is also a gym onsite.
“It’s no secret that Andy and Billi couldn’t wait to get rid of their old home. It was hanging over their heads and delaying their divorce. In the last few weeks things have really reached boiling point between the pair and Billi is really pushing to get everything finalised as quickly as possible,” a source told The Sun.
It comes after Andy spoke about his marriage to Billi in his new book, saying “it was on its last legs before we tied the knot, but we had three kids plus custody of my first two so it just felt like the right thing to do”.
In his new book, Owning It, he claimed that Billi agreed to move to France with him when he needed to for football, but “reneged on the deal”. He said he was left feeling “depressed” when she decided to stay in England.
Their children, Arlo, Wolf and Marvel Mae, as well as his children from a past relationship, Emilie Rose and Lucas, were meant to join him but stayed with Billie. He wrote: “Suddenly I had two years on my own”.
Though he enjoyed his time playing for Amiens and Bordeaux, he said he was “too depressed and drinking too much” because he was trying to “mask the pain from being away from the kids”.
