Nobody is safe from being shoved by Kim Kardashian’s security, and when she barrelled into Monte Carlo, Holly Willoughby and Michael McIntyre didn’t stand a chance!

Holly Willoughby and Michael McIntyre were struck by a ‘Kardashian wave’ after being bundled out of the way by Kim’s entourage at the star-studded Grand Prix.

Loved-up Kim made her first appearance at a race since embarking on a romance with Lewis Hamilton, and she was there cheering him on as he just missed out on an incredible victory in Monaco. She took on the grid walk in Monte Carlo before her Ferrari driver boyfriend got down to business, but there were other big names she needed to get past.

Holly and Michael were being interviewed by Sky Sports as she made her big entrance with her sister Khloe and the pair were brushed aside as the siblings swept through. Holly was telling presenter Natalie Pinkham how lucky they felt to be there, before they were both made to feel very Z-List.

Kim’s burly security guards rushed into the shot, and barged the trio out the way. Michael wasn’t to be put off and wanted to join her party, yelling: “It’s extraordinary… it’s a wave! The Kardashians! I’m joining them!”

Kim gave the comic a stare before carrying on through the paddock. Michael hurried after them with Holly watching on. He soon returned and shouted: “We’ve got a live update. I’ve just been hit by like a wave. You know when you’re on holiday and a wave hits you and it’s like ‘that’s actually quite dangerous’. We’ve been Kardashian waved.”

He wasn’t done there, and joked that an inury had been picked up in the scrum. “My back’s gone,” he added. “I think something belonging to Kim, I’m not mentioning anything, may have struck me in my lower back earlier… I’ve got to tell you, it hurt!”

It wasn’t the only damage done. Martin Brundle’s ego was dented after he attempted but ultimately failed to secure a quick chat with her on his legendary grid walk.

He received short shrift from the reality TV icon when he approached her during his pre-race grid walk segment, hoping to snatch a few words.

“Kim, Martin Brundle from Sky F1, how are you today?” he enquired politely. Kardashian glanced at him and offered a smile, before swiftly turning away, clearly disinclined to speak. Brundle extended his microphone in the hope of coaxing a response from her, but without success.

Kardashian then leaned towards one of her bodyguards, who whispered something into her ear. At that moment, off camera, the telly favourite warned one of the other security staff surrounding Kim and her sister Khloe: “No, you don’t need to push me mate…I’m almost famous.”

Kimi Antonelli secured a dominant victory in the Monaco Grand Prix ahead of Lewis’ Ferrari after a chaotic ending that featured two safety cars and a red flag.

It briefly appeared as though Martin was heading for an immediate knockback on his very first encounter of the grid walk, as he approached Hollywood star Cynthia Erivo. The Wicked actress was posing for photographs in front of Max Verstappen’s Red Bull car when Brundle initiated a conversation, initially receiving a frosty reception as Erivo made clear she wasn’t giving interviews.

He found some consolation, however, in the shape of a chat with the Crown Prince of Bahrain. Mumtalakat, the Bahraini sovereign wealth fund, holds a partial stake in the McLaren F1 team, and this represents a landmark weekend for the outfit as they celebrate 1,000 appearances in Formula 1.
