The makers of Bachelor Party D’eux, directed by Amal Neerad, have unveiled Naslen’s character from the upcoming action entertainer. The actor, who shot to fame with Premalu, will play a character named Sony in the film, with two newly released posters offering a glimpse of his appearance.
Shared on social media on Friday, the posters feature Naslen in a stylish avatar, wielding guns in both hands. The reveal gives audiences an early look at the actor’s role in a project that brings together several familiar faces from Malayalam cinema. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on November 19.
Naslen Joins An Ensemble Cast In Amal Neerad’s Film
Bachelor Party D’eux is described as a spiritual sequel to Amal Neerad’s 2012 film Bachelor Party. While the upcoming project carries a connection to the earlier actioner, it brings together a fresh combination of characters and performers.
Alongside Naslen, the cast includes Kunchacko Boban, Soubin Shahir, Sharaf U Dheen, Sreenath Bhasi, Chandu Salimkumar and Shine Tom Chacko. The film also features Paris Laxmi, Nadiya Moidu, Rajisha Vijayan, Jyothirmayi and Hansika Krishnakumar. Tovino Thomas is reportedly set to make a cameo appearance.
The casting brings together performers associated with different strands of Malayalam cinema, from established leading actors to younger names who have built a following in recent years. Naslen, in particular, has emerged as a popular face among younger audiences, making his appearance in Amal Neerad’s action-driven world an interesting addition to the film’s ensemble.
The director, known for his distinctive visual approach and stylised action sequences, returns to a title associated with his earlier filmography. With its November release date approaching, the character posters offer a glimpse of what audiences can expect from the project.
Unni R Reunites With Amal Neerad As Naslen Prepares For Tamil Debut
The technical team includes cinematographer Appu Prabhakar, editor Vivek Harshan and composer Christo Xavier. Unni R, who has collaborated with Amal Neerad on previous projects, has penned the dialogues for the film. Bachelor Party D’eux is jointly produced by Amal Neerad Productions, Anwar Rasheed Entertainments and Fahadh Faasil and Friends.
Meanwhile, Naslen is preparing for another major release with Scene, his upcoming Tamil film starring Suriya. Directed by Jithu Madhavan, who previously helmed Aavesham, the project also features Nazriya Nazim. The film marks Naslen’s debut in Tamil cinema and is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 6, timed for the Diwali festive window.
The back-to-back releases place the young actor in two markedly different cinematic settings. While Bachelor Party D’eux brings him into an ensemble action film directed by one of Malayalam cinema’s prominent stylists, Scene introduces him to Tamil audiences alongside Suriya and Nazriya.
With Sony’s first look now out, attention will turn to the film’s upcoming promotional material as Bachelor Party D’eux heads towards its November 19 theatrical release.
