Hyderabad: Malkajgiri Police Commissionerate Special Wing’s MFAST Team-1 conducted a raid on Cakes Club Bakery following information that expired food products and prohibited food colours were being used in the preparation of bakery items. During the inspection, the team seized a quantity of expired food products and other materials suspected to have been used in the manufacturing process.
Police have initiated legal action against the bakery owner for allegedly using expired ingredients and banned food colours in food products. Further investigation is underway to ascertain the extent of the violations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
