Nandamuri Balakrishna is gearing up to enthral movie lovers with his upcoming action entertainer, Dada, directed by Gopichand Malineni.
Expectations are high, as the actor-director duo previously delivered the mass entertainer Veera Simha Reddy.
The film is progressing at a brisk pace and is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on December 24, 2026, as a Christmas special.
However, rumours recently surfaced that the makers were considering postponing the film due to delays caused by Balakrishna’s injury. Reports suggested that the team was exploring Sankranti or Mahashivaratri 2027 as alternative release windows.
Putting an end to the speculation, the makers have officially reaffirmed the December 24 release date and promised an update on the first single soon. Announcing the news, they posted, “December 24th. First Single dropping very, very soon. As promised, this time it’s CHRIST-MASS.”
The film features Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead, while Manchu Manoj plays a powerful antagonist. Thaman is composing the music, with Venkata Satish Kilaru producing the ambitious project
