Barceloneta won its second European Super Cup.
The reigning European champion beat Marseille, the Euro Cup winner, 10:8, in the Super Cup game held in Barcelona this evening.
Barceloneta’s strong start made the difference. The Spaniards led 8:4 at halftime. Their attack slowed down in the third and second periods, but they managed to keep the win and won the Super Cup after12 years.

The hosts kept a 2-goal advantage until the end and completed their treasury for the 2025/26 season, after winning the Spanish “double crown” and the Champions League.
