Speaking on Bhojpuri Bawaal, Kajal Raghwani shared that she was all set to work with Pawan Kalyan in the movie, Kaise Ho Jala Pyar. According to Kajal, no kissing scene was discussed with her when she said ‘yes’ to the project.
However, during shooting, she was asked to do a kissing scene with Pawan, and she said ‘no’. According to Kajal, it was Pawan Kalyan’s idea to do the scene, and everyone on the set agreed to follow the same. She mentioned that a woman also should be asked whether she’s okay or not to do certain scenes. She further mentioned that when she said no to the same thing, Pawan left the set. Sharing the details, Kajal Raghwani said:
“Wahan par aake agar hero discussion kar lega, agar ki, ‘Yahan pe, mein kiss karunga.’ Aur saare log, ‘Ji Bhaiya, Ji Bhaiya.’ Ladki ko bhi toh pucho ki tum karogi ki nahi. Meine mana kar diya toh set chodke chale gaye,”
In the same interview, Kajal also shared that following this incident, she never worked with Pawan Kalyan. She was also reportedly told that the actor would not work with her ever again, just because she didn’t agree to his decision. Kajal further revealed that one should always respect women, no matter how big a star they are. She also feels that a woman should first be asked about their comfort zone rather than being pressured into things she is not willing to do. Kajal said:
“Zabardasti thodi hoti hai ki aap ladki jo jab chaiye bolenge, baitna hai toh baito, uthna hai toh utho. Aise thodi na hota hai. Aap star hai, jo bhi hai, ek respect bhi toh hoti hai; female ki respect karna toh jano ki woh comfortable hai ki nahi.”
Not only Pawan Kalyan, but Kajal also made some shocking claims against Dinesh Lal Yadav aka Nirahua and Amrapali Dubey, which led her to go viral on social media. The trio worked together last year for a project, Mere Husband Ki Shadi Hai. However, in a recent interview, Kajal mentioned that she has lost all her respect for Nirahua since he had said to her, ‘aukaat dikha denge’.
She also took potshots at Dubey, asking her if she was the reason that Danish didn’t work with her.
