Big Brother star Charlotte Nott has admitted she ‘reached her ultimate limit’ before quitting the show just 13 days in.
The 18-year-old student, from Oxford, was one of the youngest contestants on this year’s roster. She is a quadruple amputee who lost her limbs to meningitis, and always dreamed of joining the reality competition.
But she called it quits after just 13 days in the experiment and revealed her decision in Sunday’s (September 27) episode. She told Big Brother her reason for leaving early, saying: “I can’t take this anymore it’s so bad.”
She went on to confess: “I’ve been pushed to my ultimate limit and that’s it now. I think I’m a lot different to people in the way that I like to have mental peace.”
The teenager added: “I can’t have physical peace, but I can have mental peace with, you know, buying whatever I want, buying what clothes I want, eating what food I want. And here I can’t do that, and I’m just like pushed my limit down. I just can’t. I just need to go home now. I need to get out. Today.”
Big Brother encouraged her to spend the day thinking over her decision out of fear she might “regret it”. After some consideration, Charlotte told Big Brother: “I do think I want to leave.
“I want to leave tonight. This is the decision I’ve made. And I’m a very stubborn person. But yeah, that’s it for me. I’m done. Over and out.”
Big Brother accepted the housemate’s wishes and said: “Very well, Charlotte. You will leave the Big Brother house. You can go back to the house and say your goodbyes.”

After revealing her plan to the other housemates, Charlotte spoke to Big Brother one final time, admitting: “I’ve had so much fun. It’s been my dream always to come on Big Brother. And I’ve done it. I’ve given it as much as I could. It’s been amazing.”
News of Charlotte’s exit first broke on Saturday, less than 24 hours after fellow housemate Chelsey Ammari was evicted from the show. ITV then confirmed the rumours, with a spokesperson saying: “Charlotte has made the decision to leave the Big Brother house and viewers will see her departure in tomorrow night’s show. We thank her for being a fantastic housemate.”
This marks the first voluntary eviction of the season, and the fourth housemate to leave the iconic home. Content creator Tays was the first star to leave the house, just days after he joined the show as a fake contestant. He was followed by 19-year-old Millie Jarrett, who became the first evicted housemate of this series.
