The Big Feastival is back for 2026 on the August bank holiday weekend, with a summer of great music, tasty food and fun for all the family

The Big Feastival is back for 2026 with a summer of great music, delicious food and family fun.
Hosted on Alex James’ farm in the Cotswolds from Friday August 28th to Sunday August 30th 2026, the Big Feastival brings together music, food and family. The brainchild of the Blur bassist, Alex turned to cheesemaking after taking a break from the band and set up a farm in Kingham, fusing his two loves into one for the festival.
Speaking about why the Feastival is such a success, he said: “It’s that mix of food, music and family. Food is universal – it’s something everyone can enjoy together. We’ve made it really accessible for families, with everything from kids’ cookery schools and mud kitchens to fire pit sessions and chef demos. Hopefully there’s something for everyone and you can learn something in the day, then have a few drinks and forget it all in the evening.”
On Friday, Basement Jaxx will headline, with performances from Perrie Edwards, White Lies, Antony Szmierek, Meek, Ordinary Boys, Jerub, FIona-Lee and anymore. There will also be appearances from chefs Poppy O’Toole, Jon Watts and Rosie Kellett. The comedy tent will be graced by the likes of Daniel Foxx, Ivo Graham and Harriet Kemsley.
For weekend campers or those joining on the fun on the Saturday, there will be performances from The Streets, Rudim3ntal, Mimi Webb and Ms Dynamite. Also set to perform is Tors, Bradley Simpson from The Vamps and The Cuban Brothers. Rachel Allen, Anna Haugh, Nokx Majozi and Tom Barnes will be cooking up a storm in the Big Kitchen.
Shappi Khorsandi and Suzi Ruffell lead the comedy offerings on Saturday, whilst there will be a Traitors style improvisation show and an appearance from Children’s TV megastar Justin Fletcher, also known as Mr Tumble. Joe Thomas and James Buckley will also be there for a special edition of their Fact Up podcast, live at the Feastival. Shaun Williamson – known for playing Barry Evans in EastEnders – will be there with his infamous Barrioake show.
On Sunday, Bastille will headline the main stage, joined by singers including Dove, Freya Ridings, The Coral, Sweet Female Attitude, The Horne Section and Red Rum Club amongst others. Kemi Rodgers will host on the mainstage and the Big Kitchen will see the likes of Simon Rogan, Emily English, Meera Sodha and Martyn Odell share their favourite culinary experiences.
Joel Dommett leads the comedy offerings on Sunday alongside Scott Bennett and Kyrah Gray. The School of the Beatbox Workshop, nursery rhyme time and Maddie Moate’s Big Honeybee bash completes the line-up for Sunday.
Across the weekend, there will something for the kids, with mini rhythm makes drumming workshops and mini disco divas dance party. Adam Henson’s Cotswold Farm Park will let families get up close and personal with giant Suffolk Punch horses, Highland cattle, and goats whilst learning all about farming past and present.
Lizzie’s Way Wild Play gives kids a chance to create magical outdoor spaces, like mud cafes, story dens and puppet theatres as well as a silent disco for all. The Tales of Beatrix Potter will be there on Friday for a special family show.
