Jen Belichick, the daughter-in-law of legendary football coach Bill Belichick, has found herself in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. According to reports, a North Carolina judge recently issued an order for her arrest after she missed a court appearance following a speeding citation. This has not only put the Belichick family into the spotlight but also brought back Jen’s feud with Bill’s girlfriend, Jordan Hudson, into the conversation.
Jen Belichick lashed out at Jordan Hudson for nearly an hour
Bill Belichick’s first year as the UNC Tar Heels’ head football coach was filled with controversy, especially after he found himself in the middle of a feud between his daughter-in-law, Jen Belichick and his girlfriend, Jordan Hudson. The incident in question reportedly occurred inside Ben’s office when Jen did not hold back on her opinions on Jordan.
This included everything – from her fashion choices to her relationship with her father-in-law. She even commented on Jordan’s body when the 74-year-old coach was in the room.
It is worth mentioning that at the time, the Tar Heels were not enjoying the best season. The team was 4-6 in Bill’s inaugural college season heading into a matchup with Duke. While the rant by Jen came after the team won over Stanford, the feeling of victory did not seem to last long. Reports claim that Jen went on a “nearly hour-long profanity-laced tirade” as she was “furious with Hudson” after an interaction they had earlier that day.

Jen Belichick called Jordan Hudson “batshit crazy,” while claiming that all she “does is control shit.” Their argument reportedly reached a point where Jen blamed Jordan for “fucking twisting” her father-in-law’s brain and urged him to “wake up.”
She then proceeded to allegedly tell the people in the room, which included her husband, Steve Belichick, her father-in-law, Jordan, and many others, that she didn’t really care if it led to her being disowned by Bill Belichick or her husband getting fired. For those unaware, Steve worked as UNC’s defensive coordinator under Bill. Referring to her husband, Jen allegedly told him in front of the group:
“He wants to fire you, fire you. He wants to fucking disown me, disown me. I don’t fucking care.”
As per reports, Jen’s rant also included her berating Jordan Hudson about her fashion choices, visible at Tar Heels games whenever she went to watch her boyfriend from the sidelines. She particularly took a shot at the snakeskin prints she has been seen wearing to the games. While also taking a dig at Jordan’s body, Jen allegedly told her, “You also need to eat a burger.”
When news of Jen’s rant against Jordan Hudson broke, fans were not surprised, as they thought it was bound to happen sooner or later. Taking to social media, one user wrote, “It’s the classic ‘ruin your life’s work and reputation for someone 50 years your junior’ late season trap game.”
Another wrote, “I’m surprised this didn’t happen sooner. His real family (who are all older than Bill’s gf) must have been sick of her from the get-go.” A comment read, “No one would have cared if she was just his girlfriend. She has inserted herself into everything Belichick does, which probably is making his family uncomfortable.”
About Jen Belichick’s arrest
As per court records, Jen Belichick was stopped by a North Carolina State Highway Patrol trooper after she was allegedly driving 88 mph in a 70 mph zone on May 21, 2026. After she failed to appear in court on the scheduled date, the judge issued an order for her arrest.
