Brad Pitt reportedly has ‘no plans’ to marry Ines de Ramon, despite claims she was becoming ‘part of the family’ and was not considered just his ‘girlfriend’

Brad Pitt is said to have zero current plans to get married again, despite claims his girlfriend Ines de Ramon was becoming ‘part of the family’. The 62-year-old Once Upon A Time in Hollywood actor has been dating 33-year-old de Ramon since 2022.
De Ramon is reportedly beloved by Pitt’s family, who are said to no longer consider her his “girlfriend” and instead view her as a member of the family. But a source has denied that Pitt plans to make this official, with comments coming just over a year after his high-profile and tense divorce from Angelina Jolie was finalised after eight years.
A source explained to Page Six how close de Ramon had become with the Pitts: “They absolutely adore her and she’s been welcomed with open arms from the beginning. At this point they basically consider her family and one of their own.”
They also said that “it never feels like she’s ‘Brad’s girlfriend'” and that de Ramon and his family are in regular contact, particularly his siblings, nieces and nephews. And yet, the source added: “But Brad has no plans on getting married despite how close Ines has become with everyone.” These comments come after engagement rumours surrounded the couple after four years together.
When the two first got together, Pitt and his ex-wife Jolie were still in the process of divorcing. The two started dating in 2006 but didn’t marry until 2014. The marriage lasted two years before Jolie filed for divorce – which was finalised in December 2024.
Speaking to GQ last year, Pitt denied that finalising his divorce after eight years of proceedings and legal battles was a relief to him. He said: “No, I don’t think it was that major of a thing. Just something coming to fruition. Legally.”
During the course of their marriage, they had six children together – Maddox, 24, Pax, 22, Zahara, 21, Shiloh 19 and Knox and Vivienne, both 17. Few appear to be in contact with Pitt, but with Page Six only reporting that Pax still has a relationship with “his dad’s side of the family”.
His son Maddox has removed Pitt from his surname. The 24 year old filed paperwork requesting to legally change his name to be Maddox Chivan Jolie. Shiloh also changed her name legally, while Zahara and Vivienne have dropped Pitt informally.
Pitt has also been married to Jennifer Aniston. They were first pictured together in 1998, after his engagement to Gwyneth Paltrow came to an end and were married two years later. They divorced in 2005.
De Ramon, meanwhile, was married to Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley. Pitt has also denied that his first public appearance with de Ramon at a Formula One race was “calculated”. He said that it would be “exhausting” to live like that and that his relationship with de Ramon simply “evolved”.
