British Influencer, Emma Adams Announced Her Own Death At 44, After A Long Breast Cancer Battle

British influencer named Emma Adams has tragically passed away at the age of 44, after a long battle with breast cancer. For the unversed, Emma was a popular influencer, who shared content related to her cancer journey, bucket list and more. Apart from this, she was also a mother and gave heartfelt insights from it. Currently, the influencer is dominating the headlines as she announced her own death on her TikTok and Instagram handle.

Emma Adams penned a heartbreaking note to announce her death

Recently, social media infleuncer, Emma Adams took to her TikTok and Instagram handle to share a heartbreaking video, in which she announced her own death. Along with it, the much-loved influencer also penned a note. In the same, she also mentioned her daughter, Issy. A part of her note can be read as:

“If you’re watching this, then I have passed on. I’d do not fear the afterlife as know I’ll be with the ones that have left before us. My life has been a wonderful adventure; I’ve been lucky enough to have had time before I died; to travel, say the things I wanted to say, to plan and to leave my daughter with a home and financial stability whilst she navigates this stage of her life.”

Further, Emma Adams continued to share that she will miss her daughter, friends and family. She explained that she will watch all her close ones from heaven and will also shower love on them. Emma Adams concluded her note by saying her final goodbye to everyone. Her note can be read as:

“I will miss her, my friends and family for eternity but hope that wherever I’m going I will be able to watch over them in some way and still give them comfort when they are sad, make them laugh and love them all from afar. So far now it’s goodbye, so much love for you all- for strangers who reached out to show support and my friends who were my wings when I forgot to fly! Please remember me as I am now and know that I was at peace with this. Love to all. Em.”

Fans pour in love for Emma Adams

As soon as Emma Adams’ heartbreaking video went viral on social media, multiple fans showered love on her. One fan commented, “Sending love and kindest thoughts to this brave and beautiful lady’s daughter and family. So very sad.” Another user penned, “I don’t know how my algorithm brought me here but I’m in tears now.” A third user shared, “Such an amazing young lady. The good die young.” A fourth wrote, “Stage 4, metastatic to my bones! Your voice sings in the ears of those still fighting!”

Emma Adams had a long battle with breast cancer

For those who do not know, the British influencer often shared content related to her cancer journey. Along with this, she also co-created an app called Hope to Connect, to help other cancer patients connect with each other and discuss their problems. It is worth noting that in her last video, Emma thanked the co-creator of the app and expressed that she was grateful to all the opportunities she received.

On April 16, 2026, Emma Adams shared a series of photos and videos from the hospital and in her caption, she revealed that she had a long journey with cancer and now she was almost free of it. A part of the caption said:

“Pretty much been in my hospital hotel since 30th March. I was lucky to come home for the cake sale and break free for the Guinness World Record attempt. Unfortunately things have take a turn for the worse and I have given 2 weeks. I’ve taken out off all treatment and will now be on palliative care. Hopefully get a hospital bed at home to be around the things & people I love the most.”
