CARL JUNCTION, MO. — The Carl Junction Bulldogs welcomed in the Branson Pirates earlier this evening in a ballgame jam packed with action.
It would be all CJ early with the Bulldog’s base running, bunts, and an early bomb from Katy Hunt along with a few key RBI’s — making it 3-0.

Defensively both squads had a lot of three ups and three downs, playing solidly despite those early offensive moments from Carl Junction.
Towards the fourth inning, the defense of Branson would be rewarded for their bend not break play, when their very own Chloe Cronin would steal third on a wild pitch, eventually going on to score and starting a comeback.
They’d go on to capitalize, and in the later innings tie, and then take the lead, winning this one 5-3.
Carl Junction, now sitting at a 1-4 season, will look to get things going in a positive direction against Monett their next time out.
Branson will take on Marshfield.
