Call us definitely.
Carly Rae Jepsen just announced her 2027 Day and Night Tour that will send her to arenas and amphitheaters all over North America from mid-April through late May.
That includes a huge show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on Saturday, May 15 in a run bookended with gigs in the 40-year-old’s native Canada.
All shows come in support of the two-time Grammy nominee’s recently-released eighth studio album “Day and Night.”
After hitting the airwaves, the 24-song double album — the first half is “Day” and the second is “Night” for the record — received raves.
“[Her] sprawling new double album celebrates full-time love and commitment [Editor’s Note: Jepsen married record producer Cole M.G.N. in October 2025 and recently gave birth] with sweet, sunny tracks for Day and sleeker, dancier songs for Night,” Pitchfork noted in a review.
“‘Day and Night’ is Carly Rae Jepsen’s most ambitious album yet — a double LP that explores everything she’s moved through as she transitions between stages of her life, love, and being,” Gatecrashers added.
“Splitting it into day and night lets her build two distinct soundscapes without losing the throughline: strong lyrical moments, some of the most upbeat dance tracks in years, and an album that never stops making room for doubt right alongside the joy.”
Prior to announcing the upcoming tour, Jepsen took the stage at New York City’s Irving Plaza for a pop-up show on Sept. 27 after this year’s All Things Go Festival at Forest Hills was cancelled due to poor weather conditions.
According to Set List FM, she performed 22 songs that evening including nine from “Day and Night” along with cuts from “Emotion,” “Dedicated,” “The Loneliest Time” and “The Loveliest Time.”
And, yes, she played “Call Me Maybe” as well.
“[Jepsen’s] NYC show healed me,” a fan wrote on Reddit. “The energy was so insane. She was having so much fun and honestly, although I’m sad for those whose tickets were cancelled for ATG, Irving Plaza made the energy so concentrated. Crazy setlist too – some new, but lots of old and deep cuts.”

Carly Rae Jepsen new music
On Sept. 18, Carly Rae Jepsen released her eighth studio album, the double-disc, 84-minute “Day and Night.”
We’d argue it’s a modern pop masterpiece.
The first half “Day” is made up of cool, funky grooves and nimble vocals that make for a downright jubilant listening experience. Just a few of our favorite tracks on “Day” include the icy, disco-ified “After All,” jumpy jam “Versailles,” bouncy stadium anthem “On Wires,” homespun ear worm “Blue Skies” (that would make Kate Bush proud) and nervy bop “Something Tragic.”
Jepsen then keeps the party going on “Night.” Highlights here include the groovy toe-tapper “Amalfi Coast,” defiant rump shaker “Don’t Leave Me on the Dance Floor,” deceptively low-key “You Don’t Know How It Feels,” hypnotic “Near or Far” (which we’d argue is gorgeously-arranged) and blissed-out “Diver.”
She seemingly leaves it all out in the open here, exploring innumerable sounds to create a kaleidoscopic, complete record worthy of repeat spins. Sugary sweet dance pop at its absolute pinnacle.
