Ex-JPMorgan Chase employee Chirayu Rana has made more explosive claims against his former colleague, Lorna Hajdini, after previously withdrawing his lawsuit for some ‘corrections’. Amid the sensational legal battle, the new claims come just days after the Manhattan court received its first anonymous lawsuit against the JMP executive, accusing her of making the complainant a ‘sex slave’.

What does the new filing say about Lorna Hajdini?

The anonymous complainant, later identified as Chirayu Rana, had previously accused Hajdini of coercing him into a ‘sex slave’ dynamic during his tenure with JPMorgan. He has now filed a few additional statements, introducing what he calls new supporting evidence. From alleged threesome requests to friends seeing Hajdini kissing him in public, the new details include anonyous witness accounts about their alleged encounters in New York.

The new filing includes some anonymous statements of alleged witnesses, including one where a family friend claims he was invited to engage in a sexual situation involving Hajdini and Rana. The anonymous witness alleges that Hajdini woke him up in the middle of the night, and she was reportedly unclothed and intoxicated. She allegedly attempted to persuade him to “join” them in the bedroom.

The filing also claims that despite his repeated refusals to engage in sexual acts, Hajdini insisted and made statements like “I own you Brownie,” according to a witness. Another anonymous statement, believed to be the apartment’s owner, alleged that he once saw Hajdini kissing Rana’s neck on a street in summer 2024. Another anonymous witness claimed that the JPM executive appeared “handsy” with Rana during a concert by DJ Kygo in Brooklyn.

Chirayu Rana claims PTSD and mental health impact of Lorna Hajdini’s actions with him

Amid the new descriptions, the complainant also attached a letter as an exhibit to support his claims. The letter, signed by executive psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert, claims to confirm Rana’s diagnosis with PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). In an email from June 2025 attached in the document, Rana described his issue with eating and sleeping.

According to documents obtained by the New York Post, Rana mentioned he had “not slept in weeks” and was “unable to eat”, also claiming that he kept hearing Hajdini’s voice in his head that made him fear his and his family’s safety. Rana, who has filed the report as ‘John Doe’, has requested to proceed anonymously in court, citing the psychological toll of the alleged incidents.

Did Chirayu Rana fake his father’s death to take bereavement leave?

In a recent development, The New York Post contacted Chirayu Rana’s father, Chaitanya, about the lawsuit filed against JPMorgan Chase executive Lorna Hajdini. Contrary to Rana’s earlier claim to the bank that his father had passed away, Chaitanya is alive and said he was unaware of any such legal case.

According to the report, Rana allegedly told his supervisors in 2024 that his father had died and took an extended leave, including bereavement leave, stating his family needed him. Sources claim he may have used nearly three months of paid time off to prepare the lawsuit. However, it was also noted that in late 2024, Rana had informed the bank that his father was seriously ill. Thus, the company allowed him to work from home instead of coming to the office. The report further alleges that Rana took multiple leaves in 2025, from March to May, when he had also sent a draft complaint to the bank’s legal team. While that document mentioned that his father had died in November 2024, it now occurs that Rana’s father is still alive and well. Chaitanya revealed that he had no idea about the whole controversy and what was happening.

JPMorgan’s internal probe and defense

The lawsuit alleged that Lorna promised promotions in exchange for sexual favors. However, JPMorgan Chase said its internal probe found no evidence supporting the claims. Hajdini is regarded as a top performer with a strong reputation. Her lawyer stated she never engaged in misconduct and was not present at the alleged incident location.
