
Hyderabad: Several citizens from across Cyberabad brought their grievances, requests, and suggestions directly at Prajavani conducted at the Cyberabad Municipal Corporation head office here on Monday.
The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation, G Srijana, personally interacted with citizens, listened to their concerns, and, in the presence of Heads of Departments, directed the officials concerned to examine each issue and take prompt action.
Around 47 grievances were received during Prajavani. Of them, 40 were related to town planning, four to engineering and one each pertained to estates, sanitation and urban biodiversity. Every grievance has been registered with a unique grievance ID and tracking link, enabling citizens to monitor the status of their complaints transparently and in real time.
The departments concerned have been instructed to coordinate with field teams, ensure timely follow-up, and work towards early resolution of every grievance.
