Kaleb Cooper said the hot weather has had a profound impact on one part of his appearance as he told a fellow farmer “that hurt” when he responded to the speculation
Kaleb Cooper hit back at speculation over one aspect of his appearance as he admitted “that hurt”.
It has been a difficult time for farmers in recent months, with constant heatwaves resulting in crop failures, reduced yields, and damaged harvests.
But it has had another knock-on effect for Kaleb, one of the stars of hit Amazon Prime series Clarkson’s Farm.
He jokingly denied that he dyes his hair, saying his barnet has been naturally bleached by the constant sun the UK has experienced over the last few months.
Kaleb, 27, joined Harry Metcalfe on the latter’s popular YouTube channel Harry’s Farm, where the pair bemoaned the current situation facing farmers up and down the country.
In a light-hearted moment, Kaleb joked that his fair hair is a perfectly natural consequence of the rising temperatures. He said: “It’s been so dry. I’ve watched your video about the rainfall we’ve had. It’s mad.
“We’ll be moaning about moisture in two months time, too much rain. The good thing is I’ve put my safari shirt on. And my hair has been bleached naturally by the Sun. It’s not been dyed before anyone says.”
Harry then took this as an opportunity to mock his fellow farmer. He joked: “Your teeth are whitened as well. I know you TV types.”
Kaleb then said: “That hurt,” before Harry added: “Call yourself a bloody farmer.”
Despite the difficult conditions currently facing farmers, it has not been all doom and gloom for Kaleb.
He recently tied the knot with long-term partner Taya Wilkinson. It has been a long time coming for the couple, who became engaged on Christmas Day 2022 and already have three children together.
Kaleb was spotted departing a local pub with his ushers before making a show-stopping arrival at his nuptials. Kaleb turned up in a £250,000 McLaren supercar with his young son alongside him.
Jeremy Clarkson and his girlfriend Lisa Hogan were among the guests seen celebrating the couple’s big day in the Cotswolds.
The ceremony was held just minutes from Diddly Squat Farm.
Jeremy played an important role in the festivities as he provided an unlimited supply of his Hawkstone booze at the reception.
The wedding day was a moment for the Clarkson Farm stars to celebrate after a difficult few months. Kaleb was seen reacting with shock after Jeremy announced his ‘aggressive’ prostate cancer diagnosis with him in the latest series of the show.
Kaleb told the Mirror it was difficult to witness his friend go through the diagnosis.
He said: “Yeah, I mean, it’s only just come out – 100%. I think anything that’s emotional is just about how you take it, you know? You sit there and you be supportive, or do you go out there and, I would say, mope about it and lock yourself away? And at that time you’ve got to be supportive.”
