Regional Quarterfinals
(1) Bolles* vs. (8) Baldwin
(4) Florida High* vs. (5) Andrew Jackson
(3) Walton vs. (6) Gadsden County
(2) Pensacola Catholic* vs. (7) Destin
Burning question: Can anyone prevent Bolles from another regional title?
The Bulldogs boast a big talent gap from the rest of the region. Their two losses were a 1-point thriller against Columbia, and a 20-17 overtime loss to Trinity Christian. Columbia is a championship favorite in Class 4A and a fringe Open Division Team, and Trinity Christian is the top seed in Class 1A. Bolles is tough to play with when their firing on all cylinders, and they enter the playoffs as a top seed coming off a big win over Buchholz.

Recruit to watch: Bolles 2028 EDGE Asher Ghioto

Region 2
Regional Quarterfinals
(1) Clearwater Central Catholic* vs. (8) Calvary Christian (Clearwater)
(4) Tampa Catholic vs. (5) Cocoa
(3) Berkeley Prep vs. (6) Bradford*
(2) The First Academy* vs. (7) Lakewood
Burning question: Is this the best region in Florida?
Whoever wins this region will have the scars to tell the tale. CCC is a complete, well-coached team that has faced some tough tests this year. The First Academy is talent rich and looking to make a statement in their first year back from postseason suspension. Berkely Prep is a top-25 team in the state this year with a rich history of winning in the playoffs. Making it out of this region won’t be easy, but whoever does will be in a good position to make a run at a title.

Region 3
Regional Quarterfinals
(1) Cardinal Newman vs. (4) Miami Edison
(2) St. Andrew’s vs. (3) Miami Booker T. Washington
Burning question: Can Cardinal Newman repeat?
The Crusaders pulled off a stunning win over Chaminade-Madonna in last year’s state championship and are in a region with just four teams this year. Cardinal Newman has played an elite schedule that’s prepared them for another run at a state championship. Getting out of the region should be an easy ask for the Crusaders.

Winn, who appeared in the Navy All-American Bowl last year, has impressed on both sides of the ball. The 3-star senior has 39 catches for 585 yards and seven touchdowns, with 28 tackles and an interception on the other side of the ball.
Region 4
Regional Quarterfinals
(1) Immaculata-La Salle* BYE
(4) Westminster Christian vs. (5) Gulliver Prep
(3) Ransom Everglades vs. (6) Somerset Academy (Silver Palms)
(2) Miami Killian* BYE
Burning question: Is this the most open region in the class?
No Miami Central has opened the way for this region, which is already missing two teams. Both the No. 1 and No. 2 seeds have put together good wins this year, and getting out of the region isn’t a Herculean task.
