KADAPA: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and BJP state president P.V.N. Madhav would visit YSR Kadapa district on Monday to launch development works under the Jal Jeevan Mission at Proddatur.
The CM and deputy CM would arrive at Proddatur at around 10.30am. They would address a public meeting, where details of the development initiatives and water supply projects would be highlighted.
Kadapa district in-charge minister S. Savitha said elaborate arrangements have been made for the visit and the public meeting. The government, she said, is taking up the Jal Jeevan Mission works with the objective of ensuring adequate drinking water and irrigation facilities to people in the Proddatur assembly constituency.
Police personnel have been deployed at important locations and along the routes to be used by the VIPs.
