Adilabad: Komaram Bheem Asifabad collector K. Haritha on Tuesday directed officials to complete repair works in government schools and ensure availability of drinking water, power supply and functioning toilets before schools reopen on June 12.
Reviewing preparedness for reopening of schools after the summer holidays, the collector instructed officials concerned to ensure distribution of uniforms and textbooks to students on the first day of reopening.
Along with additional collector Yuvaraj Singh Marmat, she also reviewed measures to improve teaching standards and provide quality education through digital classes in government schools.
The collector said serious efforts were being made to introduce Artificial Intelligence-based learning methods for students.
