The prices for commercial LPG cylinders have been massively hiked with effect from May 1, while the prices for domestic cylinders remain unchanged.
A 19-kilogram cylinder, which earlier cost Rs 2078.50 in Delhi, will now cost Rs 3071.50, marking a jump of Rs 993. In Mumbai, a 19-kg commercial cylinder will now cost Rs 3,024, from the earlier rate of Rs 2,031.
