Hyderabad: Khairatabad DCC president Moota Rohit Mudhiraj here on Wednesday lodged a complaint with the Abids police requesting to book a criminal case against the former BRS MLA Balka Suman for making provocative and violence inciting remarks made during a meeting recently.
In his complaint, Rohit said that Suman, in his speech while addressing BRS cadre at a meeting, incited people to burn government offices, block railway lines and commit violent acts, which are extremely dangerous.
“Such irresponsible remarks have the potential to seriously disrupt law and order in the state. We demand that the Abids police immediately register a case against Suman, who provoked people and incited them to commit illegal acts, and immediately arrest him,” he said.
“We demand that strict action be taken to maintain law and order in the state,” he added.
