Two players will leave Mladost Zagreb after the Croatian League playoffs to join Radnicki. Three days ago, the Serbian champion announced that Ivan Marcelić would be joining the club.

Today, Radnicki confirmed that one of the best center-forwards in the world over the past decade, Josip Vrlic, will return to the club for the third time in his career. The 40-year-old Croatian has previously played for Radnicki in two separate stints (2014/15 and 2021–2023), winning two Serbian Cups.

Throughout his career, Vrlic has also played for Primorje, Barceloneta, Fluminense, Jug, Mladost, and Jadran Split. His most significant achievements at the club level include winning the Champions League trophy and the European Super Cup in 2016 with Jug.

Although he made his debut for Croatia in 2018, he had previously represented Brazil and participated in the 2016 Olympic Games. While playing for Croatia, Vrlic won an Olympic silver medal in Paris in 2024, as well as three medals at the European Championships (gold, silver, and bronze) and both gold and bronze at the World Championships. During his time with the Brazilian national team, he earned a silver medal in the World League and at the Pan American Games.

Vrlic is Radnički’s third reinforcement, following Nikola Lukić and Ivan Marcelic.
