Hyderabad: The South Central Railway (SCR) announced that it will operate special trains between Charlapalli and Sengottai, and Charlapalli and Prayagraj, in view of the expected rush of passengers during Dasara and Diwali.
The Charlapalli–Sengottai special train (07191) will operate on Fridays from October 2 to November 27, with nine services. The return service (07192) will run from Sengottai to Charlapalli on Saturdays from October 3 to November 28, with nine services.
The Prayagraj–Charlapalli special train (04121) will operate on Mondays from September 28 to November 30, with 10 services. The return service (04122) will run from Charlapalli to Prayagraj on Tuesdays from September 29 to December 1, with 10 services.
The Charlapalli–Sengottai special trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur, Tenali, Bapatla, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Renigunta, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode, Tiruppur, Podanur, Pollachi, Udumalaiyapettai, Palani, Oddanchatram, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudunagar, Sivakasi, Srivilliputhur, Rajapalayam, Sankarankovil, Kadayanallur and Tenkasi in both directions.
These trains will have 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper Class and General Second Class coaches.
The Prayagraj–Charlapalli special trains will stop at Manikpur, Satna, Jabalpur, Itarsi, Betul, Pandhurna, Nagpur, Sewagram, Chandrapur, Balharshah, Sirpur Kaghaznagar, Mancherial and Kazipet in both directions.
These trains will consist of Sleeper Class and General Second C
