Hyderabad: Rains to intensify in East Telangana from morning as deep depression is nearing North AP Coast. Mulugu and Bhadradri-Kothagudem districts are likely to receive widespread heavy to very heavy rainfall over the next 24 hours.
Several other districts, including Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Peddapalli, Mancherial and Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, are also likely to experience widespread moderate to very heavy rainfall during the period.
Meanwhile, Suryapet, Jangaon, Jagtial, Rajanna-Sircilla and Karimnagar districts are expected to receive scattered moderate to heavy rainfall over the next 24 hours.
Other parts of Telangana are likely to witness widespread moderate rainfall.
Hyderabad witnessed heavy rains during the night and may receive two to three spells of moderate rain from the afternoon through the following morning. A few areas may experience continuous showers overnight.
