On Wednesday 25 November 2026, guests in black tie will arrive at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai for The Gold Standard, the invitation-only Awards Gala that brings the Emirates Woman Woman of the Year Awards 2026 to celebrate and honor the women of the region and mark 45 years of Emirates Woman.
The esteemed jury panel who will choose the winners has now been revealed. Jessica Michault, Senior Editor of Emirates Woman magazine, will sit alongside Muna Harib Almheiri, Fatma Helal and Amina Taher to select the women honoured across 13 categories, each of which now has four finalists drawn from the public vote and listed in no particular order.
Muna Harib Almheiri, an Emirati strategist, entrepreneur and changemaker, joins the jury with the perspective of a woman who has built her career in the UAE. Fatma Helal, Founder of FH Consultancy, brings the outlook of a founder who has built her own business from the ground up. Amina Taher was appointed Chairwoman of the Arab Fashion Council, the body that represents and governs fashion across the 22 nations of the Arab League, with effect from 9 July 2026. Her career spans more than two decades across aviation, fintech, media and sport, including her time at Etihad Airways, where she helped position the airline as a partner to the fashion weeks of New York, London and Paris, and her role as Chief Marketing Officer at Wio Bank. Taher also knows the awards from the other side of the table, having been named the Winter Escape Issue winner at the Emirates Woman Woman of the Year Awards 2025.
