He passed away in Thailand at the age of 32. Reportedly, he died after drowning on July 7, 2026. Now, his friend named Tony Huge has made a shocking claim, which might change the entire investigation around his death.
Connor Murphy used to inject liquid gold in him
Recently, Connor Murphy’s friend and former roommate, Tony Huge had a conversation with TMZ, during which he revealed shocking details about the fitness influencer and his death. Tony mentioned that the late influencer had been injecting liquid gold as a part of his “looksmaxxing” journey.
According to Tony, Connor believed the injections would improve his physical appearance, including making him look healthier, increase his energy levels and allegedly gave him ‘superhuman’ abilities.

Tony Huge also claimed that soon after Connor began taking injections, some changes were evidently visible in the influencer. After taking liquid gold injections, Connor appeared to be more confident, more fearless and full of energy. Tony allegedly became concerned for him and even tried to stop him; however, he did not stop.
Further, Connor Murphy also revealed that the influencer used to get liquid gold from jewellery shops in Thailand. As per Connor’s friend, the influencer was determined to try different methods on his body. He believed in pushing the limits. This claim is expected to bring a major change in the ongoing investigation of Connor’s death.
During the same conversation with TMZ, Tony Huge explained that the liquid gold most probably affected his health, as he became ‘stuck’ in a different personality. As per him, the injections might have contributed to Connor Murphy’s tragic death. However, it is worth mentioning that neither BollywoodShaadis nor the author can verify these claims. The authorities also have not released any official statement on this.
