Greg Duncan, the former owner of luxury car dealership Trivett, and his wife Glenda, have sold their Bellevue Hill home for about $31 million, local sources say.

The sale comes after the Duncans in May last year paid $29.5 million for a Point Piper penthouse previously owned by Sue Ingham, widow of poultry business millionaire Jack Ingham. Settlement was in November 2025.

The vendors of a Bellevue Hill abode have sold it for about $31 million, according to local sources.

A sold sticker went up on the listing for the Bellevue Hill abode, indicating a sale by private treaty on September 22 with the price withheld. It will be left to settlement to reveal the exact sales price and buyer’s identity as the listing agents were tightlipped when contacted.

The Duncans purchased the four-bedroom, four-bathroom Bellevue Hill house for $1.45 million in 1996, records show. The residence was renovated by late architect Ercole Palazzetti before the couple purchased it. There was second renovation in 2013 by architect Alexander Tzannes.

Approved DA plans lodged with council reveal alterations and additions to the existing dwelling with estimated cost of works to be around $742,000.

There are two kitchens, heated marble floors, bespoke joinery, a parent’s retreat and entertainment zones including a terrace, pool and two barbecue areas.

The Duncan family’s new Point Piper pad is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom apartment in a block of six. There are gun barrel views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Sue Ingham bought the unit for $12,245,000 in 2010.

The Bellevue Hill home was sold by Darren Curtis and Hui Xu of Forbes Global Properties, who both declined to comment on any aspect of the sale. The Point Piper property was sold by Luke Hogan and Frazer Watson on behalf of McGrath Double Bay.
