Gemma Collins claimed that she can earn £75,000 for a single Instagram post and has amassed a multi-million pound fortune which surpasses the Prime Minister’s salary
Since her arrival on TOWIE, Gemma Collins has never been one to blend into the background, but it seems her larger than life persona has allowed her to allegedly earn more than the Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
Gemma’s multi-million fortune is believed to be generated on the back of social media endorsements and personal and TV appearances. The reality star, 45, who recently appeared on I’m A Celebrity.. South Africa, took to Instagram where she teased her finances.
She posted a snap of herself in a floral dress, teaming her look with a pair of rose tinted sunglasses. With her hands on her hips, she pouted to the camera and captioned the post saying: “Just Google my name HUN.”
She then posted a google search of herself which read: “Gemma Collins: The reality TV star can command premium fees, reportedly earning up to £75,000 for a single sponsored Instagram post.
“Her wealth is sustained through her own fashion and fragrance businesses, paid social media endorsements, and prominent reality TV and media appearances.”
The post went on to say: “Yes, Gemma Collins does earn significantly more than the Prime Minister. While the Prime Minister’s total salary is capped at approximately £167,000. Collins has built an estimated net worth of £3 to £4 million.
“Her annual earnings frequently surpass the PM’s salary, driven by high-value brand collaborations, social media deals, and reality TV appearances.”
And it didn’t take long before fans rushed to the comment section of her post. One person told her that she was “worth every penny.”
But it seems that most were more impressed with her wardrobe choice. Another fan penned: “You look gorgeous Gemma, loving the dress.” A commenter pleaded: “I need the dress, where is it from please?”
Meanwhile a follower added: “Amazing dress it looks so fabulous.”
Gemma recently spread her wings into politics after taking part in a new Department of Education video. In the clip, Gemma was seen sitting down with Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson and discussing King Richard III, claiming “not many youngsters would know who he is today”.
Gemma left school achieving one GCSE, which was in maths – in the video, she warned children: “Whatever you’re learning, make sure you concentrate because you’re going to be taking it into your future career.”
