As the Green Bay Packers begin preparing for their Week Four matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, there are many questions surrounding the team. At 1-2, they have not looked at all like the Super Bowl-caliber roster that fans were led to believe they were throughout the course of the offseason. This is especially true on the offensive side of the ball where the line has been among the absolute worst in the NFL.
Due to how dismal Green Bay has looked, and given the fact that they have continued to display the same mental errors and lack of fire late in games that plagued them over the course of the last several seasons, many have wondered if head coach Matt LaFleur has lost the locker room or is on the hot seat.

To hear the players tell it, he has not.

Understandably, the Packers players were booed off their home field at halftime of their embarrassing loss in Week Three. This development surprised some players, including Tucker Kraft. However, it was an understandable reaction given how poorly the team played.
Xavier McKinney understands how fans feel. However, he also believes that things can get better quickly. “Everybody needs to calm their nerves,” he said. “I understand. It’s week 3. S*** could look completely different.”

And as for how the players feel about their head coach, Tucker Kraft simply said, “We trust Matt.” He clarified, too, that this message came from “everyone” in the locker room. All they are focusing on now is getting on the same page and playing good football because they know how good they can be when they are rolling.
Hopefully they show that soon because fans are pretty fed up with the poor showings already.
