Hina Khan Almost Forgot Her 1st Wedding Anniversary With Rocky, Pens Fun-Filled Note, ‘Nothing…’

Hina Khan and Rocky Jaiswal are one of the most adorable couples in the Hindi TV industry. On June 4, 2026, the couple completed 1 year of marital bliss. The pair tied the knot on June 4, 2025, after having a 13-year-long relationship. The much-in-love couple had been each other’s pillar of strength throughout the years. A while back, Hina took to her Instagram handle to share a dreamy carousel as they celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary.

A while back, Hina Khan took to her Instagram handle to share an array of pictures. The first snap was all things adorable as Hina and her husband, Rocky, made a heart sign with their hands. Fans lovingly call them ‘HiRo’. The second snap featured a card that read, “Happy anniversary, my love.” The third snap showed a beautiful customised cake with the message, “Happy Anniversary HIRO.” However, it was Hina’s fun-filled note along with the snaps that stole the limelight. The Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actress mentioned that she almost forgot her special day. She wrote:

“They say it’s a very special day, but I guess each day is special to us..  Dates don’t matter; moments do, and besides our birthdays, we remember nothing. That’s how it’s always been. Thanks to our families and well-wishers for reminding us that it’s our first.”

Rocky Jaiswal became Hina Khan’s pillar of strength as she fought stage three breast cancer

On the show, Pati Patni Aur Panga- Jodiyon Ka Reality Check, Rocky Jaiswal opened up about Hina’s cancer fight and their shared journey during the tough time. Rocky shared that he wished to take away all pain and suffering from Hina, but as it was not possible, he chose to be by her side. He mentioned that becoming Hina’s pillar of strength was never a big thing for him. He added that although he stayed by her side, the amount of pain Hina had to go through could never be understood as being partner also there was limitations. In his words:

“I love her, and being there for her was the easiest decision of my life. The truth is, no matter how close you are, you can never really know the extent of what it takes to fight what Hina was fighting. Even as a partner, you have limitations. You sit beside them, you hold their hand, but the battle was hers. Every day brings a new challenge, and every day they fight it with a courage that humbles you. But she refused to back down. I’m grateful that I get to wake up wanting to do better for her, because she deserves that and more.”

Hina and Rocky met on the sets of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, where Rocky was a supervising producer. During the show, Pati Patni Aur Panga- Jodiyon Ka Reality Check, Hina revealed how love blossomed between her and Rocky. She mentioned that although there were no proposals and no big words, she felt a deep connection with him. She said:

“I met Rocky more than a decade ago, but it still feels like it was only yesterday. Honestly, I never thought this is where life would take us. We met on the set of my first show, and when he came in, I didn’t like him. But time has a way of changing things. Slowly, we started talking, and before we knew it, we were friends, sharing stories, laughing, and understanding each other without even realising what was happening. Then one day, there was this hug … and it just felt different.”
