I don’t mean to brag, but one perk of being GOLF’s equipment editor is that there’s not much I want when it comes to holiday golf gifts.
My office is filled with multiple sets of golf clubs I could cobble together for a serious round. I have no shortage of balls, bags, rangefinders, shoes, brushes, launch monitors, etc.
Basically, I’m probably one of the hardest golfers to buy a golf-related gift for. That’s not a badge of honor, just the unfortunate reality. It also helps that my finacé’s superpower is gift-giving. That is a badge of honor.

I play about five to 10 tournaments a year, and whether it’s a simple mid-amateur qualifier or the finals of the club championship, I have a lot of trouble sleeping the night before any competition. I’ve used a Theragun for the last five years and also use the Therabody Sleep mask when I travel. I worked with Super Speed’s Speed Sticks Pro last season and really enjoyed the results. In fact, I should probably start that up again soon.
