Home Farm Twins fans will be surprised at what the twins are up to now.

Fans of 90s nostalgia will be in for a surprise when they see what the stars of the CBBC series Home Farm Twins look like now. Jenny Oldfield’s children’s book series was adapted into a TV show which aired for three seasons, and it proved to be a huge hit.

Airing from 1999 until 2000, the series followed the adventures of twins Hannah and Helen Moore, around the countryside. In the show, the Moore family moved from London to Doveton, a fictional village in the Yorkshire Dales.

While Hannah was a dreamer and a ‘girly girl’, her sister Helen was described as a daring and outspoken tomboy. The final season ended with the twins facing the realities of growing up as they wondered about their future – here is what they are up to now.

Polly and Sophie Duniam, who were born in London and grew up in Norfolk, had a passion for dancing and singing,, which they inherited from their mother, a dance instructor. Singing was the career path they chose, and they are now both part of the musical act My Bad Sister.

The sisters, now 39, have experienced unforgettable opportunities, including starring in We Will Rock You and touring with the Pet Shop Boys on the Pandemonium Tour. They have performed at a number of festivals and venues across Europe as a musical duo, and their style combines pop, rap and underground dance music.

Away from singing, they have modelled for fashion designers like Jylle Navarro and Celia Arias, and even appeared in Rita Ora’s 2014 music video for her single I Will Never Let You Down. The following year, Polly appeared on E4’s Tattoo Fixers to cover up a bad tattoo.

In March 2026, the sisters teamed up with VICE for a documentary titled My Bad Sister – Inside The UK’s Rave Underground, tackling a poignant issue in the music world.

The documentary followed the duo as “they embark on a new journey of sobriety while tackling intense sibling rivalry”. The summary of the documentary reads: “Polly and Sophie are My Bad Sister, the UK rave scene’s most infamous twin sisters.

“When a new chapter of sobriety threatens the hedonism of their music and relationship, Joe Magowan’s intimate documentary finds out if their sisterly bond can survive getting clean.” Fans praised the YouTube series, with one saying: “Brilliant documentary. Brilliantly well put together as well.”

Another commented: “Watched it twice. They do look amazing, have a massive amount of energy, and have so much passion for what they do.” A third shared: “Great documentary, reminds me of my 20’s. More power to you ladies! Much love.”

Back in 2015, the pair auditioned on The X Factor, and as soon as they stepped on stage, they received a huge cheer from the audience. “Wow, girls, you look fun,” judge Cheryl commented. “Are you twins?”

Judge Rita Ora recognised the girls immediately, saying: “They used to be my dancers. I always thought they were stars.” Following their performance, the judges agreed the pair were “trouble” and “a bit naughty”, with Rita confirming: “On the tour bus I’d be trying to sleep and all I could hear is them lot with the speakers, blasting.”

She did say she was glad the ladies took part as everyone needed to witness their talent. Taking to the comments under the YouTube clip of their performance, one fan said: “Early 2000’s throw back to The Home Farm Twins.”
